1. Shipping Location
All orders are packed and dispatched from our Sydney-based warehouse.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
We’ll combine shipping wherever possible to save you money. (Excludes bulky items.)
We know that shipping costs aren’t ideal — and we genuinely do our best to keep them down. Unfortunately, postage rates have gone up across all carriers in recent years, and paying for reliable delivery is sometimes unavoidable. Rest assured, we don’t profit from shipping fees - simply covering the cost to get your order to you safely, securely, and as fast as possible.
We ship using Interparcel, which connects with trusted carriers including Australia Post, CouriersPlease, Aramex, FedEx and others to get you the best available rate.
3. Address Changes
Need to update your delivery address? Contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to catch it before dispatch, but once a parcel has shipped, address changes are no longer guaranteed. Please double-check your address at checkout.
4. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can follow your parcel's progress.
5. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days.

7. Lost or Damaged Items
We pack every order with care — but if your item arrives damaged or goes missing, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery.

- Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)
Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible. Once reviewed, we’ll organise a replacement, refund, or resolution as appropriate.
